Generators

During the average week, 3.5 Million U.S. residents lose power. Whole house generators are quickly becoming the next “must have” home appliance. We install, service and maintain Generac and Kohler whole house generators. All of our generators can be supplied by propane or natural gas. We offer a variety of sizes in each series so we can design and install the unit that is right for your home or business. Financing, with approved credit, enables you to pay for your new generator over time.

How Whole Home Generators Work

The most popular generators are “whole-house” units, which power the entire home. This means no more having to pick and choose which outlets to power in an outage or running extension cords around your home. You can continue your daily routine with minimal to no disruptions should the power go out. Our units are fully automatic, repowering your home within 60 seconds of an outage. They will start automatically when the electricity fails, warm up for 30 seconds, and then provide power to the home until the electric is restored. Once electricity has been restored, the generator will transfer power back to the utility, run a cool down cycle, and turn off until it is needed again.
