My a/c was dated and needed replaced. I found Aire Solutions online, liked their reviews so I called. It took only six days from initial contact to having my new system installed. My experience with Aire Solutions was great! Their service was prompt and communication was great, everyone from the office, the owners and the install crew. The install crew were great! Work was top notch and they cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind. Sam was great answering any questions I had and helped me set up my app for my thermostat. Thank You!

I will chose this company again every time for all my future HVAC and furnace needs. When my AC went out this summer they were able to come to my house and give me a quote with in an hour of calling them. Aire Solutions even brought by a window unit for me to use for free until the new unit was installed. The installation was quick and very professional. They really take care of their customers. They even filled out all the paperwork for my mail in rebate and mailed it in for me. Aire Solutions also sent me complementary gifts for choosing them. Please give them a call!!

I am very impressed with Aire Solutions today. My air conditioner went out on a 100 degree day & after calling several companies that could not get to me for 3-4 weeks they came out that day! The repairman Stan did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem & getting it fixed in a couple of hours even though it was an older unit. They also had a very reasonable charge for the service & parts and I will certainly recommend them to others in the future. It is so nice to have a good experience with a repair company, I feel blessed!

This is the fourth time Aire Solutions has been out to our house. The first three times were at our old location. This time was at our new house and we just needed regular maintenance. This company is amazing and very reliable! My A/C went out on the hottest day to date. 115° heat index. It was Saturday about 10:00 in the morning when I called them and they were at my house within 20 minutes and my A/C was fixed in another 20. I had cold air before an hour ever passed. They also have a membership package where they will service your units twice a year and you get 15% off products. You better believe I'm taking advantage of that! Thanks guys!

I don't think I have ever received the best service from anyone like I have from this place, 3 of my units acted up on the hottest day of the week and when I called they said they would be there that day!!!! I was expecting the following week!!! And, when the part that they put in didn't work they didn't charge me for it, who does that kind of business any more?? Definitely recommend this place!!!!!!

I am very pleased with my service from Aire Solutions - Cape Girardeau. Greg came and looked everything over then gave me a few different options to choose from for a new furnace and ac unit. He answered all my questions and when I made my decision a few days later we set up an appointment for installation. Chris and Josh came to the house and did the install. They were very professional, put down rugs to keep from tracking anything in and cleaned everything up when finished. The install went very smoothly and everything is working well. Greg also came back on the day of the install to make sure everything was going well. It was a pleasant experience and I would certainly do business with them again.
